Ingredients
36 mint Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened

12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, melted

Instructions
1. Crush mint Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
2. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and peppermint extract until smooth.
3. Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls.
4. Place truffles on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating completely.
6. Return to parchment paper and add garnish if desired.
7. Let chocolate set completely before serving.
