Ingredients
Chocolate Fudge Layer:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mint Layer:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
Brownie Swirl:
1 cup brownie bites or chopped brownies
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Spread chocolate fudge layer evenly into the prepared pan.
5. Sprinkle brownie pieces evenly over the fudge layer.
6. In a separate saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
7. Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring if using.
8. Dollop mint mixture over the brownie layer and gently swirl with a knife.
9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
10. Cut into squares and serve.
