Description

A light and airy lemon mousse that captures the zesty flavor of lemons, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, confectioner’s sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream mixture on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until medium peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the lemon curd and lemon zest with a spatula.
  4. Divide the mousse into serving glasses or bowls, approximately 1/2 heaping cup each.
  5. Refrigerate the filled glasses for at least 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream or a sprinkle of lemon zest if desired.
