Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook the shrimp in the skillet until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add lemon juice and zest, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the drained spaghetti with the shrimp and sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
