Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together sugar, lemon juice, eggs, lemon zest, and baking powder in another bowl.
- Pour the lemon filling over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Serve topped with powdered sugar, if desired.
