Description

A flavorful and quick keto stir fry packed with protein and colorful vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini)
  • 1 pound tender meat (e.g., chicken, beef, or shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
  • 23 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil or coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chosen meat and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
