Description

Delicious Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs made with ground beef, Parmesan cheese, and almond flour, served in a flavorful garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, and add minced garlic.
  7. Cook until fragrant, then add cooked meatballs to the pan, tossing them in the garlic butter.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

These meatballs can be served over zucchini noodles, in a salad, as an appetizer, or with low-carb bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
