Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup pepperoni (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooking spray (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pan by greasing a bundt pan or a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by flattening each biscuit slightly.
- Stuff the biscuits with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Seal the balls by pinching the edges together.
- Make the garlic butter mixture by combining melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Coat the stuffed balls in the garlic butter mixture.
- Layer half of the coated dough balls in the greased pan and sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining dough balls and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Don’t overstuff the biscuits. Customize fillings for variety. Options for dips include ranch dressing or garlic butter.
