Description

An indulgent treat that combines brownies and bread into one delightful loaf, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the granulated sugar into the melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour half the batter into the greased pan, drizzle with half the hot fudge, add the remaining batter, and drizzle with more hot fudge.
  9. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
