- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk the granulated sugar into the melted butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour half the batter into the greased pan, drizzle with half the hot fudge, add the remaining batter, and drizzle with more hot fudge.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
