- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2–3 Tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour or almond flour (optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Create the chocolate base by spooning melted chocolate into the paper liners.
- Set the chocolate in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix the peanut butter filling ingredients until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter mixture to the chocolate bases.
- Cover the peanut butter layer with remaining melted chocolate.
- Final set by freezing for 15 to 20 minutes or refrigerating for 30 minutes.
- Serve by carefully removing from the liners and enjoy!
