Description

Delicious homemade peanut butter cups that combine rich chocolate with creamy peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 Tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour or almond flour (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Create the chocolate base by spooning melted chocolate into the paper liners.
  4. Set the chocolate in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Mix the peanut butter filling ingredients until smooth.
  6. Add the peanut butter mixture to the chocolate bases.
  7. Cover the peanut butter layer with remaining melted chocolate.
  8. Final set by freezing for 15 to 20 minutes or refrigerating for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve by carefully removing from the liners and enjoy!
