Delicious homemade chocolate peanut butter cups that satisfy any sweet craving.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup or powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour or almond flour (optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Start by lining a mini muffin tin with paper liners. This recipe yields about 10–12 mini cups or 6 standard cups.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Once melted, spoon 1–2 teaspoons of the chocolate into each liner. Use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate slightly up the sides of each liner.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 5–10 minutes to let the chocolate set.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup (or powdered sugar), sea salt, and optional flour. Mix until the mixture forms a thick and smooth paste.
- Take the muffin tin out of the freezer. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture and place it onto each chilled chocolate base. Gently press down to flatten it slightly.
- Spoon the remaining melted chocolate over each peanut butter center, making sure to cover it completely.
- Gently tap the muffin tin on the counter to smooth out the tops.
- Return the muffin tin to the freezer for another 15–20 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes until the cups are firm.
- Once set, peel off the liners and enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate peanut butter cups!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
