- 12 oz udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced bell peppers and carrots and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts and cooked udon noodles, and mix well.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a heartier meal.
