Description

Delicious grilled udon noodles tossed with fresh vegetables and savory sauces, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz udon noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and carrots and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and cooked udon noodles, and mix well.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Stir in the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a heartier meal.
