Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub this mixture on the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Add salsa verde over the chicken in the final 2 minutes and top with Pepper Jack cheese.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes; garnish with cilantro before serving.
