Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub this mixture on the chicken breasts.

  4. Add salsa verde over the chicken in the final 2 minutes and top with Pepper Jack cheese.
