Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts: Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Once done, remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. After resting, slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Prepare the salad base: While the chicken is grilling, take a large bowl and add the fresh spinach. Rinse the spinach under cold water and pat it dry.
- Add the strawberries: Take the sliced strawberries and add them to the bowl with the spinach.
- Make the dressing: In a small mixing bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Combine everything: After slicing the chicken, add it to the salad bowl with the spinach and strawberries. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
