Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours for optimal flavor.
- Preheat the Grill or Oven: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the Chicken: Remove chicken from the marinade, shaking off excess. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest the Chicken: Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
