Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and milk in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the muffins in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
