Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and milk in a separate bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the muffins in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
