Description

Delicious cheeseburger flavors wrapped in biscuit dough, perfect for snacks and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Open the package of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round disk.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of each biscuit over the meat mixture to seal it well.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Once baked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze before baking for later use.
