- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Open the package of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round disk.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of each biscuit over the meat mixture to seal it well.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze before baking for later use.
