Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and chop potatoes into uniform pieces. Mince garlic and set aside.
- Combine in a slow cooker: Toss together steak bites, potatoes, and minced garlic. Drizzle melted butter over the mixture.
- Add the liquid ingredients: Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and gently stir to combine.
- Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours until steak is tender and potatoes are fork-tender.
