A quick and delicious Garlic Butter Steak Pasta combining tender steak with a rich garlic butter sauce and creamy pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Slice the rested steak into thin strips against the grain.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced steak to the skillet, tossing everything to coat in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For creamier pasta, increase the amount of heavy cream or cheese. Add veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
