Ingredients

  • 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Cook the seasoned steaks in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip the steaks over, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes.
  6. Lower heat and add heavy cream to the same skillet, whisking continuously.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue whisking until sauce thickens.
  8. Slice the steaks, plate them, and drizzle the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley.
