- 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Cook the seasoned steaks in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks over, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat and add heavy cream to the same skillet, whisking continuously.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue whisking until sauce thickens.
- Slice the steaks, plate them, and drizzle the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley.
