- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure shrimp are peeled and deveined, and mince the garlic. Zest and juice the lemon.
- Heat the Skillet: Take a large skillet and place it on medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and let it melt.
- Sauté the Garlic: Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the Shrimp: Evenly spread the shrimp in the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Flip the Shrimp: After 2-3 minutes, flip the shrimp to cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add Lemon Juice and Zest: Remove the skillet from the heat and add the lemon juice and zest, stirring to coat the shrimp.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the shrimp and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a richer sauce, consider adding a bit of heavy cream at the end of cooking.
