- 1 large Baguette (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 4 Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup Seafood mix (a blend of shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
- Coat each slice of baguette generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Top the buttered bread with your seafood mix and sprinkle generously on each slice.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the loaded toast.
- Shower a layer of grated Parmesan cheese on top of each toast.
- Place your prepared toasts on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For an extra flavor kick, add herbs or spices to the butter mixture. Serve with dipping sauces for added delight.
