Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Add milk: Gradually add the milk while stirring the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Refrigerate: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit for at least 120 minutes or, if possible, overnight.
- Final mix: When you are ready to serve, take the pudding out of the fridge and stir it again for even consistency.
- Serve: Top the pudding with fresh fruits, nuts, or any of your favorite toppings and enjoy!

This pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Avoid adding toppings until serving for best texture.
