Ingredients

- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup cucumbers, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta with cucumbers, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Make the dressing by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can add proteins like chicken or shrimp for a more filling meal.
