Description

Delicious cherry pie filling wraps with a creamy ricotta base, perfect for a blissful breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves to taste, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the ricotta cheese and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey; fold gently to combine.
  3. Prepare the tortillas by distributing the cheese mixture evenly on each.
  4. Add a generous amount of cherry pie filling on top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly around the fillings with the seam side down.
  6. Cook the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip the wraps and cook for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
