- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Fresh mint leaves to taste, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the ricotta cheese and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey; fold gently to combine.
- Prepare the tortillas by distributing the cheese mixture evenly on each.
- Add a generous amount of cherry pie filling on top of the cheese mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the fillings with the seam side down.
- Cook the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the wraps and cook for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
