Ingredients

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Stuff each olive with pimento cheese using a small spoon or piping bag.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three shallow bowls.
  3. Dredge each stuffed olive in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
