Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin (optional)
Drizzle of olive oil for garnish
Extra mint leaves for serving
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin (if using).
2. Add sliced cucumbers and chopped mint to the bowl.
