Description

A delicious and creamy dip featuring ground beef and zesty Rotel tomatoes, perfect for gatherings and game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the cooked beef in the crockpot with cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
  3. Stir all ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add shredded cheese about 30 minutes before serving if desired.
  6. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier version, use hot Rotel tomatoes or add hot sauce. You can customize the dip with black beans or jalapeños.
