Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and remove all the skin.

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes without stirring until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the hash browns with a spatula and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside breakfast dishes.

For extra crispiness, make sure to drain the potatoes well and use enough oil in the skillet.
