Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and dill pickle juice. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Mix until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, season with salt and pepper, and fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
