Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 Brioche buns
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and dill pickle juice. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, season with salt and pepper, and fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
