- 1 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim off the woody ends of the asparagus.
- Prepare the egg mixture by beating the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Coat each asparagus spear in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil.
