Description

A delightful and easy-to-prepare pasta dish featuring a rich creamy tomato sauce with garlic, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the can of diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Slowly stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy tomato sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
