Description

A hearty pasta dish packed with protein, featuring lean ground beef and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in cream. Add cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with parsley or extra cheese.

Notes

For variations, try adding veggies or using different types of cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days.
