Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat and pour in cream. Add cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with parsley or extra cheese.
Notes
For variations, try adding veggies or using different types of cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days.
