Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
