Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and spinach)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  2. Cook chicken breasts in the pot for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and let it cook for another 10 minutes to ensure chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in fresh vegetables and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Notes
