- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Cook chicken breasts in the pot for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and let it cook for another 10 minutes to ensure chicken is cooked through.
- Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in fresh vegetables and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on low heat, adding a bit of chicken broth or water if needed.
