A warm and cheesy dip with roasted garlic, perfect for sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 heads garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
- Crostini or crackers, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Prepare the garlic by trimming the tops and drizzling with olive oil, then wrapping in foil.
- Roast the wrapped garlic for about 50 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Cool the garlic for a few minutes after roasting.
- Mash the roasted garlic into a smooth paste in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; then fold in mozzarella, half of the parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in an 8×8 inch baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350°F for about 28 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve with crispy crostini or crackers, and enjoy while warm!
Notes
Great with a selection of veggies for freshness. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to three days.
