- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir until combined.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Stir in shredded chicken until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Gently add cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss until well-coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
