Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add extra cocoa powder or mix in some chocolate chips or nuts.
