Description

Delicious and protein-packed brownies made with cottage cheese and protein powder, perfect for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add extra cocoa powder or mix in some chocolate chips or nuts.
