- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour and salt to the cookie dough mixture until soft cookie dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and place small balls of cookie dough on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with optional powdered sugar or melted chocolate drizzle.
