Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add all-purpose flour and salt to the cookie dough mixture until soft cookie dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and place small balls of cookie dough on top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature with optional powdered sugar or melted chocolate drizzle.
