Description

A delicious combination of creamy Alfredo sauce and Cajun spices with ground beef served with bowtie pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spice blend
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Stir in Cajun spice blend, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and Alfredo sauce. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
