- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp Cajun spice blend
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes), then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in Cajun spice blend, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and Alfredo sauce. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
