Instructions
- Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp; cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the white wine or chicken broth along with the lemon juice and stir to combine; let simmer for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked pasta or alongside a green salad, garnished with chopped parsley.
