- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jello: Begin by taking a mixing bowl and adding the orange flavored Jello. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until dissolved.
- Add cold water: Once dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture. Mix well.
- Cool slightly: Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature to prevent other ingredients from melting.
- Mix in fruits and marshmallows: Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
- Add whipped topping: Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the mixture.
- Include nuts (optional): If using, add the chopped nuts now.
- Refrigerate until set: Pour the mixture into a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for about 240 minutes (4 hours) or until set.
- Serve chilled as a delightful side at your holiday meal.
Notes
