- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the frozen hash browns with the shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
