Description

A hearty and filling casserole made with crispy hash browns, creamy ingredients, and lots of cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the frozen hash browns with the shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
