  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup chocolate chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour in the vanilla extract and sprinkle the salt into the mixture. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until a dough forms; avoid overmixing.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and halved strawberries gently.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  6. Place the cookie dough balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler until smooth.
  8. Dip each cookie dough ball halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
