- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz chocolate candy coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven as specified on the box. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour. Add the milk and stir until a dough forms. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop and roll the cookie dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
- Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into squares.
- Flatten each brownie square, place a cookie dough ball in the center, and wrap the brownie around it to seal completely.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered brownie bombs back on parchment paper and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
