- 1 wheel (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 0.75 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil and butter over medium-high heat, cooking for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the cutlets from the skillet and set aside.
- Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits for added flavor, and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the Boursin cheese, whisking until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Return the chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning sauce over them, and simmer for about 1 minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
