- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
- Garlic sauce for serving
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure they are well-coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken into strips.
- Serve the chicken in pita breads filled with the chopped vegetables and drizzle garlic sauce on top.
Notes
