An easy and delicious Chicken Garlic Sandwich featuring tender shredded chicken, garlic, creamy mayo, lettuce, and tomato, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Optionally toast the slices of bread to add crunch.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
- Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the chicken mixture.
- Place the second slice of bread on top and press gently.
- Slice in half if desired and serve.
