Description

An easy and delicious Chicken Garlic Sandwich featuring tender shredded chicken, garlic, creamy mayo, lettuce, and tomato, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Optionally toast the slices of bread to add crunch.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
  4. Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top and press gently.
  6. Slice in half if desired and serve.
