Description

A creamy and decadent dish that combines tender chicken and fettuccine pasta in a rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
  5. Combine cooked chicken and drained pasta with the sauce, tossing until well-coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture in your sauce. Add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
