Description

A fun and unique twist on classic chicken Alfredo presented in a pull-apart monkey bread style, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll them into small balls.
  5. Toss the biscuit balls in melted butter.
  6. Layer half of the biscuit dough balls in the bundt pan, pour half of the chicken Alfredo mixture over them, then add the remaining dough and the rest of the mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For added flavor, consider serving with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
